"Connection error/Failed to join game lobby"

Crossplay is disabled. Tried spamming join. Verified game files. Updated drives. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Turned off my Windows firewall. And yes, I restarted my PC. But I cannot play with others in quickplay nor join my friends, nor can they join me. When I try it, it immediately says "Connection error/Failed to join game lobby". I'm wondering if there's a port not opened, or if this is just the game. I've been telling my friends to get this yet I can't even play it unless it's solo. Disappointing. If there are others, your feedback is most welcomed. I've been searching this problem for the last two days (March 6). Hope the game will be fixed, and or that this problem will be solved.

I had this issue when trying to join someone on my first deployment after basic training. So I played a solo and then attempted to join another and I connected without issues. Even a 3rd person joined.
You should probably Enable cross-play and it might heighten the chances of connecting. Who knows?

Running Steam as Administrator helps with some games, but not all. Depending on the game this could make or break other games but helps 9 times out of 10.

Same. After this patch I'm unable to MM or join lobbies

Had this for days and trying everything I found so far; uninstall and reinstall, disabling ipv6 protocol, forwarding ports, make exeption on my firewall etc... Finally found that some of my virtual network were causing this (NordVPN, Hamachi, TunnelBear...). Disabling them and restarting the game solved everything for me. Hope this will help you. Also I'm sorry for my bad english

a friend and myself have this issue since we purchased the game on March 15th. We both use hotspots (living in a rural area). Did similar troubleshooting, no dice yet. Made a support ticket days ago. Every other multiplayer game works fine but I'm playing this game solo.

I've been having this issue since Thursday or Friday. But it isn't consistent. I'll boot up to do the daily and sometimes it'll work just fine, though it's pretty rare. That's some sessions, not individual attempts. Spamming attempts doesn't seem to work. As far as I know nothing has changed when it actually works. Just so you know, verifying the files always tells me there's ~12 files that fail to validate.

Same as here, for the 3rd or 4th time they induce this bug, as FPS and stutt ♥♥♥♥.
Tryed EVERYTHING, clearing caches, refresh IP, hard reboot, reinstall the game, NOTHING TO DO !!!
Game is down for me atm.
