It's not a server issue though. So your guy wouldn't be responsible.
99% uptime is not the issue here. Educate yourself just a litle on support SLA's.
The servers are not down, just overloaded. Different problem with different fixes.
So many of the issues involve the game itself. Between crashing, and the plethora of bugs (EVERYONE encounters the bugs, just because you ignore them doesn't mean they don't exist). The game is in rough shape.
It's a lot of fun, but it 100% shouldn't have been released.
Do I need to put it in another language for you to comprehend or use smaller words?
Like, I know you think you're trying to make fanboys mad.
But you're telling me I'll be able to get in, without waiting, and all the fun features like Helldiver tracking and planet progression can be turned back on.
Hell yes!!
Just as an FYI, the devs don't get any money for sales on Steam until the end of the month. That's when Steam pays out. So, while Steam might show them as having hundreds of thousands of sales, they don't have access to that money at the moment.
L Take.
People paid money for a service (in this case, a game) and are not able to utilize that service. Totally understandable they'd be upset and "cry" about it.
It would be more understandable if it was maybe one day, but many of these people are complaining after not being able to play after multiple days.
