There’s 80k people playing through Steam right now, which doesn’t include the PS5 accounts. If that’s dead to you then your usage of that word runs counter to how everyone else uses it.

No they wouldn't, Those countries can still access and buy the game on PS5, Since PS3 era users can just select any country and make a PSN account, and they still do. It's only on Steam where the community caused a tantrum and now caused those countries to be blocked.
