Someone had an idea that the Stratagem Hero scores should be local to that specific destroyer.

So you can attain your own high score that stays on board, and then you invite a random person with a goofy name, they blow your score away, and you're stuck forever with someone else's score you have to beat.

I suppose there could be an option to wipe the high scores if some random cheater joins you and puts up 999,999 again, but it would have to be ALL the scores including yours and the concept remains.

The smart and more interesting option would to have made each persons ship have their own high score.

All it takes is pattern recognition and muscle memory

The hellbomb code for example has you punching in a figure-8.

A bunch of codes have left-up-right or left-down-right which you can pretend are waves/arcs, makes them easier to punch in too

many support codes start with down-left-down

eagles usually start with up-right

fire stuff replaces the last arrow with up

Sure some are super easy and quick to punch in, I'll give you that. 500kg, orbital gatling are great examples for that. But you'd need some massive luck to get them that often and seeing as your acclaimed score is only like 30% below of the cheaters I am still doubtful and will remain so

It takes lots of practice but it's very doable (and for that run, it took me like 2 or 2 1/2 hours. Stage 211 IIRC but could have been the mid-teens like 214)

It's very important to get as many right the first time as you can, because that gives you a time bonus each time. It's better to slow down and get it right than hurry and get it wrong.

The codes that trip me up personally are jump pack because you have to reach for the up arrow, you don't for left down or right. railgun trips me up because most supports start with down left down, but it starts with down right down. arc thrower would also trip me up for the same reason but it's not in stratagem hero. Realistically the cheaters probably have a much higher score than 999,999, but maybe stratagem hero caps out the displayed score at that value. I'd have to beat my record to check.

The reason my scores get so high is because on higher stages the score payouts get bigger, even more so if you complete stages perfectly.

You know that TikTok about diver who hit stage 100? Yeah, all it takes is the mod to tap a stratagem and it'll input the code for you. Add a streamdeck where you can make specific buttons specific stratagems and simply tap the icons to have your diver input the codes. That's 100% how this is done. Nothing but macros and cheats.

genuinely, you do not need macros or cheats to get these high scores. it just takes a fair amount of grinding. which is worthwhile learning because it'll make you the fastest stratter in the west in real missions too.
