Check your event viewer and you may see errors related to gamegard accessing the LED management app.
i tried it again and it still does that even if ICUE is turned off
How about removing sticks one by one or two by two (depending on your setup) and seeing if it happens again? I know that's a pain but it might help. You could also do a memtest, that might turn something up.
Go to windows Event Viewer, then System Errors.
If you see application errors with exception code: 0xc0000005 its probably ram
Sometimes it randomly shuts off my dissipator's rgb, other times it goes nuts and makes it flicker until I restart the program itself.
