Steeled Veterans has 2 great guns, a middling one and a bad one.
Dominator is high powered, low velocity rounds. Breaker incendiary is good, but short ranged and inconsistent with it's low velocity fire. Senator is middling, powerful but painful reload. Liberator concussive is too slow firing and unreliable to actually kill enemies with.
Cutting Edge has 1 good gun, 1 decent,2 bad.
Sickle is great, it's a heat based machine gun/AR, has a windup, but good accuracy and sustained fire. PLasma is okayish, but overshadowed by the free scorcher. Dagger is a low damage laser pistol, blitzer is an infinite ammo lightning shotgun which barely kills enemies often and is quite unreliable.
Democratic Detonation has 2 good guns, 1 mid, and 1 bad.
Grenade pistol is a utility king being a secondary that can handle objectives. The eruptor which is a cannon that can handle some objectives and many enemies that usually require support weapons. The explosive crossbow which is good in power, but not as flexible as the eruptor due to lack of AP. And the adjudicator marksman rifle, which is bad, just bad, it needs some major changes to be good.
Grenade pistol will pull more weight than every other premium warbond weapon put together. It's the only thing that's truly able to transform your gameplay and has no alternative.
Stun grenades are probably the best grenades in the game. Sickle is the best automatic weapon in the game and it's not even close. Armors can be useful if you play with people that use Arc or Tesla. Other guns aren't far from being useful, they just need some buffs and fixes.
Detonation has the Eruptor and Grenade Pistol. Both give more flexibility for the grenade slot and enable builds that previously weren't as viable. Has great synergy with Stun Grenades. Adjucator is likely to be buffed. Crossbow is ass. Armors are good if you don't already have the grenade and explosive resist traits.
Veteran has the Dominator, and that's about it. Breaker Incendiary is decent, but there are alternatives, Concussive is complete garbage, Senator is underwhelming and needs fixes. Armors are underwhelming and hard to use effectively.
Steeled Veterans gives Dominator, a good medium armor killing DMR basically. Not great against small enemies, better for medium armored units like Brood Commanders, Hive Guards and Devastators.
Cutting Edge gives Sickle, a good small unit killing primary, great against Hunters, Scavengers, Warriors and the regular small bots, but can still kill Devastators with face shots. Relies on heat, better on cold planets, worse on hot planets.
Democratic Detonation gives Eruptor, a slow firing bolt action Sniper rifle basically with a big AoE on it's shot. Can close bug holes and fabricators, can kill Hulks, Cannon Towers and Tanks with shots to the Vents. AoE so large it can kill every small passenger in a Dropship in 1 shot. Biggest downside is the slow rate of fire and not being great against enemies that are too spaced out, you'll have to rely on the Redeemer secondary a lot to clean up anything not grouped up.
Cutting edge has the Sickle (basically liberator with very minimal recoil and infinite ammo if you keep the heating in check), Plasma is pretty good too against the bots but has arcing shots yet a large AoE, Blizter is OK since it's a shotgun with infinite ammo and can stun enemies, dagger is only really good against smaller bugs.
Steeled is kind of hard to judge, since it only really has the Jar-5 and Senator going for it, incendiary is hard to argue for while the DoT is bugged and the concussive is only really good for stunlocking certain medium-heavies like stalkers. Jar-5 got a buff so now it's a strong explosive DMR in a way, and Senator is just bringing out your inner Johnny Silverhand as it can one-shot the devestators in the head should you land your shots correctly (but it does take a while to reload, an antithesis to the SMG).
The one with the electricity is mostly useless.
None, focus on the 10 page one, rest of the warbonds are just flavor. You'll be using Scorcher most (if not all) of the time against bots anyway.
Cutting edge yeah, until they nerf (which they will) the Sickle assault rifle it's one of the best in class, better for bots but still good against bugs, then the booster is very good on the very first page, then the stun grenades are very good for crowd and heavy control.
I do agree though that the free warbond is a good starting off point, over 50% of the weapons and gear is good to go, same with the boosters, though some of the later ones are not but they can't all be good.
