Yes you should disable crossplay for many reasons, the main one being constant desyncs and kicks to menu when the live service is interrupted for whatever reason.
Crossplay off greatly reduces the random disconnects

It also heavily reduces the crashing.
Idk why having crossplay on makes my game crash, but it does. Probably due to the discrepancies between PS5 and PC like how just a while ago, PS5 players were dealing more damage to enemies.

It also takes 30 seconds to Google it, but for some reason people today do not know how to Google things for themselves and would rather ask.

you ever thought maybe Leading your own Squad might be more effective?
or you trying to piggyback off T5 6 7 8 9 ?

my advice lead some T3 missions make some friends teach low levels how to mark objectives and open tag maps etc make a few interweb fwends and then when you have a reliable team who all believe in each others ability you can scale up.

Kinda like you would with say Mythic in wow or Rifts IN diablo 3

but quit complaining about being K worded you ain't entitled to an opinion on another dudes squad.
