Fun with 2 player co-op?

Per the subject... could 2 people play this as co-op?

Haven't seen any mention of difficulty scaling or bots... and even though games like Aliens Fireteam had dumb bots at least it was playable.

I play duos with a few of my buddies from time to time and we have plenty of fun. I personally think a team of 4 is more fun and allows for more breathing room to play around, but 2 is pretty great as well.

There are no bots (except the enemy Automatons) and there is no difficulty scaling except the level of difficulty that you choose at mission select. A level 5 out of 9 total will always have the same amount of enemies and stuff going on as every other level 5 mission regardless of how many players are in there.

yes. will you be able to clear missions on helldive? who knows. but even if you cant the game is still very fun.

Absolutely. I love doing a high level mission in "stealth mode' with a partner.

Sure you can, the game shines when you have a team; even when all the madness is going on all around you. You can private your game so only your friends can hop in and out.

Screams, bombs, red light pillars and the you see "500KG" and you panic and just leg it as fast as you can and dive behind some cover.

Yes its fun me and my friend play it actual more tactical than 4 players. And if u boring just switch to 4 players to refresh

Yup. Still fun even with just the 2 of you. Yes, the difficulty scales depending on how many people are in the team.

My wife and I have only played duos.

It's great! Once you start hitting difficulty 7 it's a little crazy but it's super fun!

you can solo up to 8 btw without stealth or railgun spam, 2s can do anything

I've solely played this as a duo/solo and really have no plans of grouping with random people.
