Macros with Alexa would be something very cool!
I got an idea to try to configure some macros to trigger using Alexa... It would be very cool to have a 'voice assistant' while you're in the battlefield fighting for democracy!

But I was making some research and I found that the anti-cheat is blocking the macros somehow... Is there another option instead?

Typing them as intended is a way to do it.

The software you're thinking of is Voice Attack. Whether or not it would block the commands, IDK, but I've used it for macros for Star Trek Online and the insanely cool voice packs for Elite: Dangerous.

Shouldn't be a big deal to set up. There's a free version and a paid version, I don't remember what the difference between them is, though.

This is a stupid idea.

Why would you even get a glorified wiretap in the first place?

Depends on what you're doing. Last I tried a few days ago, Voice Attack worked perfectly fine for stratagems. All I had to say was something like "Deploy Mortar Sentry" and it would automatically punch up the code for me.

Made it too simple though and stopped using it after a few days.

Thats actually helped me. Tried two other progs for this-nothing, this one-worked perfectly. But im using it just for keyboard bindings.

So, for anyone interested, trial(free) version just give you one profile for 20 commands to map. No other restrictions.
Also, how it worked for me-put press-release duration to 0.05 seconds(there is also checkbox, that allows to apply same duration for every same button in your profile, veeeery helpful)
And put pauses between every button in macros, 0.01 seconds will work just great!

Well, checked voice activation.

Blyatiful!
Even with my thick russian accent all commands go smooth
