I would argue that kicking is fine since it has its uses, but I think it shouldn't be allowed the moment you finish a certain number of objectives, so if you want to kick someone after you finish lets say 2 secondary objectives and/or 1 of the main objectives, you would kick them after the mission ends.
nevertheless it needs to change, too many people abuse this system to insert toxicness.
I had a team where I got killed like 5-6 times from a really stupid host who was brain afk and did the most silly things. Then by accident and him running towards the biggest enemies for whatever reason, my turrets killed him once. After that I got kicked by him. No chat before, no warning, nothing.
Does extraction even matter aside from the extra 25? XP and 50 Credits per person before multiplier and the samples? Unless they had extra rare samples, in which case it would sting.
I always saw extraction as a good to have if I had stuff to extract with. Otherwise finish main objectives and side objectives.
I regularly played with a full group of friends and we were all having the problem of being "kicked" at extract and not getting any rewards for working our butts off for 40 minutes. I personally lost almost 10 missions of rewards last week due to this instability because I know for a fact I wasn't kicked by the host. Especially when I was the host for some of those.
