Eagle strafing run should be included if you equip any eagle stratagem.

The strafing run is quite meh. It is somewhat good, but most other eagle strikes are better, meaning it is not quite worth taking with you. Considering that most attack fighters tend to always have a gun, having the strafing run always being available when you bring an eagle with you makes sense and I feel it would be a decent way to make people use it more. Could be offset by giving it one less use perhaps.

well no the gatling at the front is just for show if you notice the strafing run only shoots left and right so the guns are mounted at the hardpoints

Strafing run is underrated right now. It's very good, safe, fast-reactive swarm clear. If you've got heavy weapons like the recoilless or spear it's great to take something like strafing run. It's far safer than cluster bombs and there's no prohibitive cooldown on it like barrages or orbital laser. You can just spam it and it'll reload at the same time as your 500 kgs.

I don't think we need to make it base to all eagles. It's already good. I find myself taking it frequently.

Strafing is literally the best eagle there is.

4 uses, straight vertical instead of perpendicular means you can hit enemies inbetween rocks, staggers/kills queens, can be thrown at your feet safely and a single strafe instaclears any spawning breaches' smaller bugs.

I mean of course people that only use 500kg bomb. A lot of angry posts are created here on the forums every time we get a free eagle of any kind.
