VOIP not working for me

Hi y'all! My VOIP does not work at all in the game, but my microphone does work in every other game and app aside from this one? I tried to change the settings for VOIP in my settings and i tried push to talk as well where you have to hold the button down.

Anyone else having this problem as well? Are there any fixes or workarounds for it? (aside from Discord)

Maybe this has nothing to do with you but I had issues and it was because in Windows 11 there is a privacy setting for the mic and I had mine toggled off so it wouldnt let any games access it.

Hey how did you fix it? I have the same issue where i cant hear anyone, not even voicelines from my own character..

Hi there Monkey!

Well,as the game was new, this robo woman voice started to talk in game lol. Speech to text and or text to speech? :)

So I took those sliders down & at the same time I believe, I even in the process, due to confusing. dragged the slider down to zero in the Voice options. That is also called Speech to text summit? I would have to take a look later.

But that was my own fault during the first day of release. As I thought that slider in the voice option included that robo woman as well. But that slider is actually the volume for all people whom talks to you! :)

Hope that makes sense? Tell me if it worked?

Changing the mic setting to "Open Mic" fixes this issue for me. Annoying, as the mic now picks everything up but it is what it is. I have a Logitech G633; I suppose I can assign a G-key on the headset to mute until this is fixed

Set the mic to default in Windows. Worked for my friend

had the same issue, go into manage sound devices and disable "Steam Streaming Microphone", immediately fixed the issue, hope this helps
