VOIP not working for me

Hi y'all! My VOIP does not work at all in the game, but my microphone does work in every other game and app aside from this one? I tried to change the settings for VOIP in my settings and i tried push to talk as well where you have to hold the button down.

Anyone else having this problem as well? Are there any fixes or workarounds for it? (aside from Discord)

Yeah my Danish pal and I could get nowhere with the in-game voice.

I had noticed I've disabled Caps Lock on my PC via a utility, and that's assigned as the DEFAULT Push to Talk. Once I changed it to "T" key, a red speaker blip animation indicated it was working - at least 'push to talk' was - but my friend couldn't hear me at all.

Sorry I don't have a suggestion. I checked my sound/mic settings in Win10 and stuff, didn't see anything wrong.

Yeah, i changed mine to my mouse button and the game "hears" me, speaking icon goes on everytime i talk, but no one can hear me, but i can hear everyone else :(

Also thanks for letting me know i am not the ONLY ONE with this issue.

Found a SOLUTION to my problem on this:

Check if you microphone is set on DEFAULT from the volume settings on windows. I set mine to default and it works now.

I've noticed, that I can't just have a key assigned (for toggle), but it has to be held specifically for the binding.

I have a strange problem as well. Everyone hears me in the Voip, ingame.
But I cannot hear anyone else at all?

It does work fine on discord and Vermintide 2 HD1 and so on.

Been trying to search out some answers on the net since the release day & going trough windows sound settings as well. But unfortunately no fix yet? :(

Is there anyone having the exact same issue as me?

EDIT: It works now it was some funcy options, own foult, sorry. Confused my self with this Text to chat and Chat to text etc etc....

Found that my issue was related to the dual shock 4 I had plugged into my PC via micro USB. I connected it via bluetooth and then my mic worked after that.

Also having this issue, I can use my microphone and others can hear me, but I cannot hear anyone else.

Go to Sound Control Panel and set your microphone and audio device (headphones) as your "default" audio device. This has to be done in the Sound Control Panel, not the new fancy looking Windows Audio Settings

Hey how did you fix it? I have the same issue where i cant hear anyone, not even voicelines from my own character..
