How do I change weapon fire mode/rate on PC ?

I hold down R , and I can change scope/flash light but not fire rate/mode. Any help ?

Mousewheel up to change options on top, mousewheel down for options below, right click for options to the right.

Not all weapons have the same options.

Only some weapons have adjustable fire rates and only some weapons have flashlights and only some weapons have both etc.

Supposed to be right click, but if you have the fire rate options available when you hold down R, otherwise you can't.

for some reason it doesnt allow me to change the sight or light options only the fire rate..
not sure how to go about fixing it

Every weapon have their own settings and options. Not all are available for all.

I'm using the liberator penetrator, and it DOES have the fire rate option on the right, but right mouse button doesn't do anything.

I think it's only the MG-43 and the Heavy LMG that have a fire rate selector IIRC?

Specifically for fire-rate it's all three machine guns (you missed stalwart) I think, but many guns have different fire mode options in the same area (such as HE vs AP for the recoilless, cluster vs prox for the airburst, or just auto/semi/single for a lot of guns).
