Missing Item and upgrades?
It appears I am missing this item "Muffling Bell"

Anyone knows where to find it and can tell me please?

And are there 8 of each kind of stat upgrade?

Found the missing item "Muffling Bell" on my own just by wondering around.
If anyone knows the max stats for one playthrough then please let me know.

That's exactly what I have (in terms of upgrade levels) and I can't for the life of me find anymore, however I saw another topic on this board talking about how you can continue upgrading in NG+. It seemed like the topic creator had gotten his other stats up to 5-6+ in the base game but I don't really know how that's possible.

Same here, i got 5/5/4/7/3/4. And i'm pretty sure i didn't miss a lot.
