Skulls in Swamp (Puzzle Spoiler)

I can't seem to find the last gold skull in the swamp to toss into the puddle. I've found the other three but the last one is nowhere to be seen. Is it a glitch or is it hidden somewhere?

one is in a puddle behind the gravestone to the right of that hole.
not to mention the one up above the hole on the plateau.

You're probably missing the one that's hidden by camera perspective. Holding lock-on should shift the camera enough to be able to see it. It's pretty close to the hole.

I really hope they fix this in the future because it is a pain to move these things.
