Doombox help

so, in LL1, doombox was one of my favorite characters, and getting into this game, I'd like to make him my main, with raptor being a side main (because who doesn't love a super that just doubles the ball speed and sends the ball wherever you please?). That said, I'm not too sure about his viability. I've primarily been using his smash, neutral hit, and his aerial neutral hit, and occasionally his upwards hit, but not as much. I can't seem to figure out any sort of use for his downward grounded hit, as it seems to be the same angle as his smash, and his bunt seems pretty lackluster.

furthermore, while I love doombox's super, and I am aware you can bunt out of it, I don't see much of a use for his second super, the shockwave (done by crouching and pressing jump with a full meter.)

If anyone has any tips on strategies, combos, or just ways to improve with doombox, feel free to let me know.

Use the spike (down swing). It has crazy angles.

I think the crouch special might be a good return similar to a throw or crouch flip? I haven't really had a chance to use it yet.

It has a good hitbox, and sends the ball horizontal. Plus, it pushes opponents away I think.

so doom has really good ball control when serving your ball doom does well with bunt smash bunt snash repeat as an oponening serve once it gets around 60-70 your going to stop serving 60-70 is one of the best times to hit your oponent and with his good angles wth spike you can combo of spike to bunt also a little trick you might not know doom has 2 specials his normal one and a secret one wich you can use by holding crouch and jumping at the same time its really cool it sends a shockwave to your oponent and pushhes them back aswell as the ball

I'm aware of the secret special, I'm just not sure how useful it is. Furthermore, could you punctuate your post a bit? No offense, but it's a little hard to read the way it is now.
