I understand your pov if this person is doing this on a wide scale with other peoples reviews, but for me its not that big of a deal.
All I know is the devs of that game responded to the discussion that copied my review, so the only good thing that can come from it is the devs saw the feedback to improve their game with it, which means my review accomplished what I wanted it to do.
