likewise here not sure what or where to look for crash logs.
Using a GPD WIN
settings are fullscreen
600x360
256 shadow
post process enabled (does it with it disabled to)

just randomly crahses

Square-Enix games are allergic to Intel GPUs, it's likely that this game is never going to run reliably on a GPD Win :(

I'd be happy to look at your logs though if you feel like installing my mod:

This generates log files in logs/.... and the ones that I'm interested in are dxgi.log and (possibly) crash.log.

Disable "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service" in Services. It unloads a sound dll every 15 minutes causing a crash.

been actually fighting with your mod cause I have to run the game fullscreen or the window will not be centered and become cut off.

I orignally purchased this game cause there was a video up of the game running at full speed on the win and I could use some more single play games in my life with some cheer in them.

Is this true for Intel GPUs?

Oh ♥♥♥♥. Another game with this issue? I have a touch screen on my computer, unplugging it for specific games is a pain in the ass. Maybe I won't buy this one after all. I was gonna grab it on pay day...

You should be able to just disable the service, rather than straight up unplug the screen.

The cord that enables touch is what I have to remove, not the whole screen. So long as the touch USB is plugged in, Windows restarts the service if I disable it. Blazblue Chronophantasia had the same issue.
