I'd be happy to look at your logs though if you feel like installing my mod:

This generates log files in logs/.... and the ones that I'm interested in are dxgi.log and (possibly) crash.log.
I orignally purchased this game cause there was a video up of the game running at full speed on the win and I could use some more single play games in my life with some cheer in them.
Go to ur services. Windows+r then services.msc I believe and disable that junk
You should be able to just disable the service, rather than straight up unplug the screen.
The cord that enables touch is what I have to remove, not the whole screen. So long as the touch USB is plugged in, Windows restarts the service if I disable it. Blazblue Chronophantasia had the same issue.
