Ubisoft coins 20% off doesn't work...don't try it...

I checked this forum and found some people claiming that the got the 20% off of their FC5 preorder when using 100 UBISOFT coins (or whatever they call them). I just tried and it doesn't work...it even states no preorders or in comb with other offers...but of course I believed what I read and found fake news is even on steam....sad.

Worked just fine, you have to "buy" the 20% off code first.

the german faq page does not exclude pre orders from the 20% discount

btw i was also able to use the discount for my copy of the gold edition but i had to use the web page of the ubisoft store bc the launcher page didnt want to apply the code

It works. Just because you don't have a clue how to do it, don't spread lies. I just bought the gold edition and paid nearly the same price as the deluxe edition.

click the button. go into the club. Exchange your 100 coins for a key code. Enter the key code into the coupon slot in the checkout. Voila. Price is going down to the reduced amount

Ok, Ubisoft coins work for non American countries for preorders.

AKA if you are in France, Britian ect you can use coins on preorders.

If you are in USA, Canada you can not.

When I bought Rainbow 6 year 3 pass it didnt work on uplay launcher, but it worked when I tried it on uplay store website

It's because it doesn't work in North America. But it does work in EU and some other regions.
