Cylinder vs. Square silencer? Performance difference?
Is it just about what look you prefer? Or are they different in the way they perform somehow?

The corners don't make it less silent.

And on the 1911 you cant see the Ironsight because with the Cyliner one because its bigger.
So its better to use the Square one for it... but it looks so cool with the Cylinder one...

Tbh it depends on the weapon. I try and use whichever one fits the aesthetic of the weapon more. Like, for the Lever-Actions and handguns, I use the square suppressor, but most of the rifles, I use the cylinder one.
The bigger advantages of the squared suppressor are seen in pistols. The cylinder covers part of the vision when aiming down the sights, so you need to add attachments to remove this restriction, this doesn't happen with the squared suppressor.

Of course it doesn't make much difference if you tend to add attachments to all weapons, but if you like to not use special sights and scopes, the squared suppressor is definitely better.

In other guns such as shotguns, rifles an SMGs it doesn't really make any difference, aside from aesthetic value.
