The technique itsself is pretty simple, it's mostly a combination of button presses any gamer with experience should be able to pick it up with ease, consistency is the hard part cause it's mostly about getting a feeling for it. You can find lots of guides on youtube on how to Bhop, just search for "L4D2 Bhop tutorial"

bhopping in l4d2 is ♥♥♥♥♥ hard, crouching slows you to almost a complete stop. and turning fuks your momentum

You dont need to crouch for the basic Bhop. Watch the tutorial by HS Top on YouTube

Try practice on a slope or hill.
If you can do it on a hill try on a flat surface.

Just try, Bhopping is hard.
Dont expect 10 Minutes practice and then youre god at it.

A good place to practice your bunny hopping techniques is the Swamp Fever campaign. Try jumping through the flooded areas without losing momentum. Remember: you have to jump into the water at running speed. If you don´t slow down after making your second jump, you're making a succesful "hop". It´s all about timing your jump. If you are able to keep up with the rhythm you should, in theory, be able to hop through the water area's without slowing down. (You are not required to press forward, while hopping.)

Apparently, there is also a bunny hopping technique that increases your momentum. But I'm not entirely sure how to pull that one off.

i think i can do it, but i cant gain speed

Only the consistency, the timing itsself is pretty easy, at least it was for me.

Again, don't expect that you'll master bhop within 10-15 minutes. It takes A LOT of practice. Be patient.
