The ending.. you can NOT be serious.

After ALL the crap Rage 1 got for its ending - and Rage 2 is pretty much EXACTLY the same. Way too short, and has a lackluster ending that suddenly cuts to the credits.

I thought.. no way.. maybe there's gonna be a huge twist or something.. but nope.. credits rolled.. and the final cutscene just has the character waking up and ready to go run around completing repetitive open world activities.

I think it's safe to say, the RAGE franchise needs to be retired.

I was expecting the twist to be like, it's not Earth you're on. It's another world. A lot you could do with that. Could go Avatar, for example. Earth-force shows up to find out what the Authority and colonial population have been up to, decide that they want a clean slate, and bam, Rage 3.

But eh, the ending was mediocre. Still better than New Colossus.

The ending was better than rage 1, that one was complete crap.
If you rush through this game then yeah, it's short.
I do all arks, dens and drones and it takes about 40 hours.

And yes, they should respawn all enemy dens after the end so you can use all those perks you get like the mortar or the eject seat. No I can never use them cause I cleared everything ...

I was glad the game ended so quickly as the game itself is average at best.
Playing Far Cry 5 now, which is better in many aspects.

Would be a fine argument if you wouldn't waste more time with roaming around pointlessly than actually shooting stuff with those 2 weapons which are worth something.
But if you judge a game quality by the time you invest in.....i have bad news for you. :D

You can get auto parts from taking out caravans roaming around the map, I have the Phoenix fully upgraded with like 120 auto parts extra, hope the expansions bring more upgrades for it.

It looks clearly that this game's production has been pushed and it was not ready to be released. Come on, how can you mess up shooting FX for a id soft FPS game??? Did you as developers really played your own game before release?? And this ending is a result of the story being made was pushed, probably they just snap their fingers to decide this ending at the last minute before the game shipped, or the animation of the ending wasn't even finished from the look of it... I was serious for the final fight, but after that ending showed up I laughed out loud....

The best example of a rush job is that you can only upgrade one vehicle.

After finishing the main mission, I am now routinely attacked by the authority in my stock predator tank.

Be sure to go back to authority Headquarters, park just outside the tunnel and walk in.

Hah, I was just about to ask players if there's a Big End Game Boss Fight, and having found this discussion, seems that's not the case.

Pls no spoilers. Some people are 30+ hours in the game and are having difficulties to master a short & fast-paced game, so they are only half done with the story!

Yep, hand some have 100% completed in under 30hours.

Tbh, the story is sh!t, that's out of discussion.
Bad guy wants to kill everyone who is different. Your goal is to kill him.
All you do in between is go from a NPC to NPC to then kill stuff, you do that to get access to his base.
