Is there something to spend feltrite on after upgrades?

I keep finding feltrite even after I've completely upgraded my nanotrite/weapon upgrades to as far as they will go. Is there any use for it after that point or are am I stuck gathering a useless resource?

Yeah, it seems that way right now which is a shame since you can easily end up like me. I have over 40k in Feltrite and about $500. If I could sell it, I might be able to afford those golden weapon skins. Hopefully they had a new purpose or the ability to sell it later.

I am hoping for additions from DLC's to actually get to use this stuff.

Everytime I open a Storage crate:

Feltrite - D@MN!

On a side note I hope they add the ability to upgrade the Xerxes tank.

Over time Feltrite will transform into Rage points so we can buy these super cool items from the store.
