Bha-Barnacles don't have their own history!
When I first played after the new update, I had a strong desire to learn about all the new monsters. And so in one mission you need to destroy the Bha-Barnacles, and it would seem, what's wrong? But the problem is that they don't have any description. Here the moth has its own description, and why it should be destroyed, but the mollusks do not, which is why it seems to me that the developers missed a good opportunity to expand the world of DRG a little. Please give at least the slightest description of these Bha-Barnacles, otherwise, I repeat, there is a feeling that the developers missed a good opportunity to expand the world!

Are you talking about the barnacles? Because I do not recall anything by the name “muo-mollusk” lol.

I don't even know what you mean exactly but I agree wholeheartedly :)

He does indeed refer to "bha barnacles" looks like their name is translated as "муо моллюски" (muo mollusks) in the russian version, to keep the wordplay/pun

Ah I see, I thought we were having another “dreadnaught leech-mother” moment lol.

The guy is playing a translated version of the game.

Anyways they don't have an entry because they technically are not an NPC, but instead part of the environment like the corpse feeders, cacti and much of the other flora is.

They are an invasive species is all the reason you're provided for killing them.

Technically we're an invasive species.

True, but they are invasive to our operations (apparently), so it’s like, a double negative.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

It is a bit odd that Fester Fleas have an entry but the Bha Barnacles don't.

That's what I'm talking about! And I apologize for not being understood by everyone, I'm talking about "Bha-Barnacles"

Yeah, I would like too if barnacles would receive their own Bestriary entry.

In a similar fashion, I'd also love for Naedocyte hatchlings and roes to have their specific descriptions, since right now we only have one for the Breeder.

I feel like the reason Bah Barnacles are a threat, is that they might disrupt the ceilings integrity, incresing the chance of cave-ins, in lore.

People, it's happened! Bha-barnacles has its own entry in the magazine! Hurray!

And btw why we should eliminate those flies?
And who is Karl? :sothappy:
But all i know, i love to mine :goldvein: and different color minerals.

I'm a little upset not seeing other kind of minerals in DRG Steam Item Shop :menacingduck:

Those things are explosive breeders and tend to get in all kinds of machinery. Imagine your Driller's drills jamming because some dumb insect thought they'd make a nice nest - not good.
