I avoid lobby's with those kid of names, especially if it includes a 'or I kick'
That being said, it's true that low-level players can outperform high-level players in many situations, particularly with regard to pure skill (the only real weakness of low-level players is their inexperience with finer game mechanics). People need to understand that experience =/= skill.
Stating explicitly in your lobby title that you think experience = skill demonstrates that the host doesn't understand how this works. It also suggests that they're the type of player to instinctively blame newbies when something goes wrong, which is toxic. A lot of the time, such players will completely ignore whatever THEY'RE doing wrong that could have led to the mission failing.
People who host lobbies like that I instantly avoid, or anyone that has oddly specific rules. The latter just kills my buzz.
And yeah... the rank is a little hint about the time spent in game and a general knowledge of the game mechanics.
In no ways it represent skills or how someone will use its brain matter.
But for those that don't have friends to play with on the regular.. it can be boring to never get synergy between classes.
After a lot of hours it can be normal to want to play with others that might be better at cooperating.
Some might also want to find long-term teammates without have to become a teacher.
These days, some of my most exciting missions are hosting Haz 5s and EDDs with lower level players as they play their butts off. Get in, do your best, play your class and I'll res you 20 times if I have to. All welcome here.
Until DRG came along, I didn't realize how long it had actually been since I had been hooked on a game I could just go in day after day and have fun with rather than obsess over.
Facts.
