Which is the Fastest Mission on Solo Play? (Mostly on H2)

Mining Expedition it takes too long because the resource spawns across the whole map, it's easy, just mining, but we have to explore the whole map to find everything.

Egg Hunt to me is the fastest, because Bosco can mine and gather the egg, while I do the secondary mission and kill the enemies. Bosco can bring the egg to me and I can tell him to mine another egg as fast. Sometimes I find an open area with 2 or 3 egg spots real close to each other.

On-site Refining takes forever depending on where the geyser spawns, sometimes I need to mine my way to the geyser or move around a long ride... Definitely one of the slowest ones.

Salvage Operation takes too much time because of the many steps that we need to do, even if we need to bring the legs for only two M.U.L.E. yet we need to survive twice to complete the event.

Point Extraction is another one really fast, the same way as Egg Hunt, maybe isn't as fast because we need to bring the Aquarq to the stationary pod, but the area that we spawn already have everything close-by, sometimes we need to search for the one or two egg in Egg Hunt, maybe this one could be faster.

Escort Duty is definitely one of the longest. We have to refuel both canisters once or twice, we have the ending drill fight, the Drilldozer takes forever to leave point A to reach point B...

Elimination could be a fast one, it's depends on the Hazard level. It's easy to find both eggs, and it's easy to defeat the single Dreadnought, but the other egg, with two of them, could take too much time because of the health restoration they have. Playing on H1 it's fast, because it spawns only one and it doesn't have too much time to heal. Playing on H3 (I don't know how hard the higher Hazards are) spawns two and it take too much to deal with them.

Industrial Sabotage I don't know how it is, I didn't unlock this mission yet.





So... In my opinion it's Egg Hunt or Point Extraction, what do you think?

Definitely egg hunt. The minimum in point extraction is 7 aquarqs, and you have to carry them to a central location which is slow.

On egg hunt you can get a minimum of 4 eggs, and you can instantly pop them into Molly wherever they may spawn.

Also minimum egg hunt is the best for do the no resupply call achievements. You pull the 4 egg fast, ignore secondary, call the drop pod. Profit.

I personally prefer Point Extraction. You can order Bosco to dig and carry the Aquarqs while you dig out any ones near the base, you can use perks for throwing/carrying, and playing as Scout you can even just kite heaps of enemies without killing them.

I soloed a PE for the Haz 4 achievement of not going down/not calling resupply and it took 13 minutes even with a bit of fumbling about for the last few ones (because it was in a biome that spawns huge caves). Could be done faster than that, oh and depends a lot on if you want to do secondary or not as well.

If you're just after XP per minute you might have to write down some numbers for higher hazards and co-op as well, just for soloing... it's gonna be pretty slow either way unless you go scout.

4 Egg hunt is the fastest, but PE (regardless of the Aquarq count) is faster and easier than 6/8 eggs, so I'd actually count PE as the fastest mission to do.

When I was grinding my 100 solo missions, I repeatedly ran the 4 egg egg hunt. Drilling from egg to egg, I was finishing missions in 3-4 minutes.

Escort duty can be crazy fast. If you stand by Doretta at all times, don't delay at the start or before the ommoran heartshell and you have good luck with the locations of the oil shale at the refuel stage, you can complete it in ~15 minutes.

Speed running missions consistently fast considering risk vs. reward while solo I'd say PE /w scout thanks to Bosco. Just avoid Gunk-seed secondaries. Always have Bosco out retrieving distant / elevated Aquarqs while you gather secondaries. You can often ignore Nitra all-together as I'm usually "tidying up" gathering secondaries/crafting mats by the second swarm warning. (though I usually gather enough for 1 drop and call it right away) Next would be 4 then 6 egg hunts /w driller, just avoid/ignore Fossil secondary.

I'm personally not one for speed-running missions unless I have a backlog of promotions. I'm not above cheesing H1-2 Elimination runs if I have to. That is often crazy fast but worth next to nothing. Ignoring secondaries isn't worth it IMO unless there is a mission I want to get done & cannot wait for the map cycle, and they'd just be a pain.

Sometimes you get a very crap cave generation. With deep spiral far caves where is like 5+ aquarks not even high(I call these treasure caves), there Bosco ability is very neglected. But overall PE is fast solo I agree.
About treasure caves: Once as solo gunner in Dense Biome there was a quite small and hidden cave high high above, I had to use like 4 zipline to reach it. It had more than 50% of resource in one spot including nitra, gold, aquark, secondaries, even a machine event included. First I thought the cave bugged as I didnt find more than 3 Aquark in whole map.

Gunk seeds are easy. Once you shoot them they appear on the map and you can have bosco carry them also. Ebonuts imo are the worst. But I do main scout which makes spotting gunks easy.

15mins is not crazy fast.
If you're really lucky with a PE or regular lucky with eggs, 5-8min are realistic.

The fastest is egg hunt ( i mean below haz 5 you can just pop them all so it can be done under 3 mins ez). The easiest on haz 5 no supply is PE.

I've done Haz 1 Eggs hunts in 2-3 minutes consistently when I was farming my 100 solo missions achievement. Just ignore all bugs and everything, drill straight to the eggs, deposit, call.

Industrial usually always takes me 20 minutes just to finish the two objectives before doing the final part.
