Any pro tips for 3000 pts achiev?

I've actually got to 2980 and similar scores a bit of times but either i misclick or the game just trolls me with constant full speed adter building up combos.
I can pretty much hit it constantly, get 10x combos and so on but it feels like you got to have over 90% accuracy and all in good combos.
I know ill get it eventually soon but maybe there are some tricks to this? :D

Pro tip: don't get the achievement.

Throw beer mugs or the big ball under the bar in the hoop once you're at 99. They give 1 point and don't count as a kick.
Have fun farming for the next 5 hours.

If you get really close to 3k points within or at 100 points, don't reset, you can use the soccer ball / beer mugs to rack up the extra points you need in order to hit 3k.

select a side with the barrel hoop, <^> aim count the movement and time in air and try make goals in a row to achive 3,000 with less 100 kicks.

Bit of practice, find a rhythm, then get as close to 3000 as you can.
Sometimes the hoop will go so fast it'll virtually impossible to get a score due to how slowly the barrel respawns (you'd have to get a lucky kick mid-bounce). If it resets just recompose and try not to miss the next barrel.
If you're really close, or close enough to bother, you can throw beer mugs in there for 1 point per mug, or multiple points from below. (strat can be faster with friends)

The speed of the hoop is not totally random. It goes at one of the set speeds.

Pay attention to which "gear" it shifted to when it hits the left, estimate when it'd hit the right and time your shots accordingly.

Sometimes it's better to give up the streak when the hoop goes too fast. If there's a 80% chance it's gonna miss anyway, save yourself a shot.


Oh, and for some reasons: Try to switch to DX11 if you haven't already. Perhaps it doesn't help everyone, but some players reported that the hoop game is more glitchy when they run the game in DX12.

Thx for the beer mug tip, I did it last night by getting 2900+ and then finishing with mugs.
