Too many cheats...

Im only playing private missions now with a few friends, we're all amazed at the sheer number of kids that have cheated and run around doing zero missions in god mode. Frigging sad state of online gaming where you can only play with people you know.

I've run into one obvious cheater that was spamming c4 and I quit the match since I wasn't the host.

@OP you can just host your own games and kick cheaters you don't have to bury your head in the sand.

2800 hours and I think the number of servers that I joined with people using cheat is like, still in the single digits

Just had a cheat in my game that got 13 red levels (from 0) with a 10K XP game. If you're going to cheat in that way why not just adjust your save file to give the rank you want? They also had a cheat that allowed their primary weapon to kill ebonites, again why bother?

I've probably had a dozen or so. The biggie I've seen the most are endless flares...once endless flares and endless flare gun on a scout. I've seen no damage to any players on a drop in. Once some sort of resource cheat where I dropped in on a team that had over 7000 nitra banked. Once or twice apparent ammo/reload cheats...that's in 1600 hours. That's North America as far as region. It's never really stuck out as a rampant problem though.

this is true, which might explain the ops cheaters everywhere post, i naturally assume all post are NA which is not the case lol

Seen one cheater in some 450 hours. Was using infinite ammo on a PGL /w hyper-propellant railgunning everything in sight. I suspect a few people read up on cheats or exploits, try it out, get bored as there is no real advantage to it, and go back to playing normal or switch to another game.

i got bored with the game around 550 hours, then i started modding stuff like sounds for the guns and music, breath of fresh air, though i would never cheat

Must be your region, I have not encountered any cheats in a long time.
I encountered two in the first year of the game, but none since, and I often jump in or open public games, granted not nearly as many hours clocked up as others here who also say it is not as bad as you make it out to be.
