I like it, when you can instantly recognize how wholesome is the host, just by reading their server name.

I guess there was someone else sharing this sentiment, because recently I was in a server called "no furries, trans or elves allowed".
The company was top tier just the same, one of the best random groups I've met during my 700h of playtime.

Don't be so harsh, they're doing everyone a service by displaying publicly they are to be avoided at all costs. Way better than joining and realizing later on they're an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Think of it as a "Only rank 100+ dwarves allowed", but swap the elitism for... Bigotry? Ignorance? Irrational fear? Edginess? I can't really tell.

Oh, right, the actual topic thread. I usually call my lobby something like, "Karl's Cove: All Dwarves Welcomed!" or something friendly. I find adding the name 'Karl' alone helps speed up getting a full squad. Right now my lobby is named "Cool Outfits Only Club" and I silently judge the cosmetic loadouts of anyone who joins.

(Obviously I don't boot anyone with a lame outfit, it's just a joke, but I do get some pretty slick looking Dwarves from time-to-time.)
