Erm what has having a nude body got to do with helping against motion sickness? A solid body would be just as effective, it does not need to be nude.

Also what has even having a body got to do with motion sickness. It wont help unless your in 3rd person, which would kind of go against the point of VR in the first place.

Nope I play it sitting, as I do for most of my VR games. I did try playing standing, it was weird my body and legs kept trying to compensate for going up and down stairs etc I am sure its something that you could get used too, but I will stay sitting down to play :p.
