I don't know the age rating but I would certainly not let a kid younger than 16 play this game unsupervised. Keep in mind that VR intensifies everything significantly and we don't know anything about the longer term effects of putting kids into Virtual Realities (development of eye sight is one potential issue due to limitations of the current technology, lack of distance based focal length so eye accomodation doesn't work naturally in VR is the most obvious example).

There are certainly sections in the game that are great for a quick 10, maybe 15 minute demo (and I personally don't see much risk if kids occasionally spend that much time in VR).

I'd say at very least 13+ but recommended for 15+ or 16+, the game mostly features gore, but never really shows any good people dying, as in civilians and such

If it had a rating, it would be on the right side of the store page. It does not have a rating because PC games do not require one. Valve probably won't get it rated until they plan to release a console port.
