Me, I have the same impression as you. I don't run meta decks either, and the opponent's expectation is sometimes too exact for comfort.
(This will all be dismissed on the basis of no hard evidence.)

Am I a cheater for knowing my deck well and therefore playing the first rounds quickly or is it only for "chinese" players ?
What is the point of insisting so much on some perceived nationality, besides racism ? If you were looking for cheaters then the nationality of cheaters shouldn't matter.
