Kards is overrun with Chinese cheaters

I've played any number of games against Chinese players in which I've had the distinct sense that they can see my hand. Often a tight game would seem in the balance and they would emote as if they had won it, which was odd, since victory was also within my grasp and I had a sizeable hand to play with.

I've tested the theory by playing strictly off-meta decks, often with one counter-measure in them. They cannot know that I have the counter-measure in my deck or what counter-measure it is, yet I've noticed a pattern where many Chinese players would play around the counter-measure when it is active. This pattern is consistently more prevalent with Chinese players.

Another pattern I've noticed is the extraordinary good fortune many Chinese players have with their draw. In many cases, they have the absolutely perfect draw in the first 5 turns of the game to make victory for the opponent highly improbable. Many of them play with commonly known meta decks and we can know the probability of certain cards being drawn in a certain sequence. Many Chinese players are playing the same decks and benefiting from the same remarkably "lucky" draw sequence. And they play their hand extremely quickly as if they know exactly what cards they will have at any point in time and it has become a well rehearsed routine.

I love this game, but I know from my experience in other games that a large Chinese playerbase and no effective anti-cheat spells disaster.

Me, I have the same impression as you. I don't run meta decks either, and the opponent's expectation is sometimes too exact for comfort.

Am I a cheater for playing around countermeasures or is it only for "chinese" players ?

Am I a cheater for knowing my deck well and therefore playing the first rounds quickly or is it only for "chinese" players ?

What is the point of insisting so much on some perceived nationality, besides racism ? If you were looking for cheaters then the nationality of cheaters shouldn't matter.

Yeah right man. Then it is just here say with circumstantial evidence, so few devs actually understand the widespread use of cheats in the east, especially China. They should be region locked in every game. Over 10 years of this blatant cheating from Dota2 to Rust. There is no real way to prove it other than region locking China on all games and then after some weeks you will notice every game is more fun, balanced and less toxic lol. #regionlockchina

just imagine if there was actually one race out there that had cheating as part of their culture and it was defended by people who said you shouldnt call them cheaters because that is racist.

The question is not whether it is racist or not. The question instead is whether it is true or not. That is always the only question that matters.
