I rarely see "unique" assortments, but that's just how the most effective tactics work.
It would be nice to see how many cards are actually used and how often from the full roster.
The 'copy deck' function they added to Kards not too long ago may have increased the amount of people playing similar/identical decks?
I'm still very ambiguous on that feature. I believe it lowers the barrier for people to just copy-paste popular meta-decks and it helps spreading those decks. On the other hand, it can widen your horizon when you run into an interesting deck and you think "Hm, I never considered this could work".
