Your first point is not a bug, it's the passive effect of the M4A1 card : "Draw this unit from the deck if enemy makes you discard".
Regarding your other points, I agree that some adjustements should be considered :
-The french 2e RIMA a limited 5k 3/6 guard which gives all other units mobilize.
Now compare it to another similar french unit, the 2e RMT, a special 7k 3/9 guard giving +1/+1 to all your non-french units at the start of your turn.
Why would you pay an extra 2k, for a card with only 3 more health, with a max of 2 copies (instead of 3) and a passive effect, which I believe, seems underwhelming compared to the RIMA ?
As a side note : you could argue that giving +1/+1 has a higher guaranteed value than mobilize, as mobilized status is quite fragile, but again RMT's effect comes at the start of your turn, implying that it should survive one turn before triggering (compared to RIMA's effect triggering at the end of your turn = instant value). Also, RMT's effect doesn't apply to all your units (compared to RIMA's effect wich does).
-United we stand should be 3k+ in my humble opinion.
2. i totally agree, besides any consideration on mobilizing each turn which looks insane to me.
3. i guess we all know that... its not a big change and i hope the developers will fix it soon
Until then i refuse to take advantage of the many US OP cards, it looks like an exploitation to me.
Ok, then I recommend you create a ticket at https://support.kards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, if you haven't already. It's the fastest way to fix the issue, and get developers' attention.
Check the left side and the "which cards are played function", furthermore you are able to do a screen of this and post it at Discord.
A few times i got very fast answers, to my "bug" reports (and seeing in the end, that it is a mechanic i wasn't aware of).
While playing on steam, just press F12 on your keyboard : instant screenshot. You can manage your screenshot after the game.
U-16 discards at the beginning of the opponents turn, so it may look like he draws a replacement but it's just the regular draw.
Aistrike puts a card into hand.
I am pretty sure you just confused instances of these since discard always worked properly in all of my games (many hundred hours)
