KARDS - The WWII Card Game

German+Brit countermeasures spam, OP or solvable?
Just encountered a deck that has basically all the German and Brit countermeasure cards, along with some desert rat, the draw two card order, Tiger, 5/6 panzer and SAS(the one that gives one damage each time when the controller puts down a new order card).

My units out of my hands either killed by -3 health countermeasure, or by 2K immidiate death countermeasure, or the move-to-front-and-you-are-dead countermeasure. Other than that my opponent could just use the countermeasure to just send my unit back to my hand and force me to drop a card from my hand. If somehow my units is not encountering those ♥♥♥♥♥ I said above, he would use desert rat to pin me.

Meanwhile he can steadily accumulates more cards in hand and delay the game into late phase, where he just pump out high attack/def blitz units and deal direct damage to my HQ in the very next turn. I would have no units on field to defend because of the countermeasures, my hands are also depleting because of the countermeasures and order's effect, even if I somehow killed one of its high value with destroy-effect card, in a long run I would still lose since the opponent has massive hands-count advantage on me.

I think the countermeasures, especially the German's, yields too much reward with such low cost and risk. 1-3 cost and surely eliminate a unit card from opponent hands when comes into play / being combat effective? and without any additional cost? Even the Japanese destroy-without-other-cost card would cost 7K, this is just not right.

Hope the dev can somehow tune these cards into more balanced state, maybe increases its cost or change its effect. If any of you guys could find a way to encounter this (without being a very specialized counter-deck), feel free to say, but I truly don't know how to encounter this.

Sounds like you ran into the dreaded Discard deck.

Right now, the only deck that beats Discard is a heavy unit spam deck. Everything else is pretty much screwed.
