Will there be any new content that will include them?

Don't pay any dime on new cards, at least for present moment. There are loads of balance to be done in this game Commonwealth, Blitzkrieg to name a few.... All you have to do is copy a meta and have a lucky draw to get a win. And also, mulligan, card drawing, and opponent matching are "carefully arranged". Buying new cards is OK, but better after all those issues are dealt.
