An Unreal Process has crashed: UE4 Kards

How to fix that? I tried everything, just played for the first time yesterday and also bought some stuff in the shop but now it crashes everytime i start it, it loads mouse arrow and thats all, rest of the screen stays black till this comes up....

Can you tell me what GPU you have, what driver it is currently using. Also are you laptop or desktop. We should be able to get you fixed up once I have the info.

I'm having the same problem too. Game was working just perfectly until recent GPU driver update. I have RX5700, driver version 19.2.something if I remember it right. Whatever, the latest anyways.
Rollback would probably fix it, but so far I've been too lazy to do that. Eager to hear if there's a workaround or other means to solve this.

Not at this time, its the 19.xx drivers.... need to rollback man, as of right now thats only solution I am aware of, I help out in more than a few Steam games , and so far the only fix we know that is 100% is roll back to 18.xx drivers.

Oh ok, that's what I need to do then. Kinda unbelievable how these problems with Radeon drivers and Unreal Engine just persist.

This just started happening to me this morning. Was playing all throughout the day yesterday, wake up and unreal process blah blah blah. I reinstalled half a dozen times and updated my drivers and restarted computer multiple times. Would be shocked if this was user side related.

Yup... same here... 1080Ti... was playing last night fine... updated the game this morning and also getting this error when trying to start the game up.

Just to add to my above comment, the game was working yesterday with the same Nvidia drivers that I have installed (441.87), so not a driver issue. Seems the steam update to the game today has issues...

Nope, it was actually a error with UE 4 in the update, they upgraded to .23 version of engine to fix the ATI Cards.. its had a NVIDIA card issue.

The fix is deployed alreaDY , simply verify files if you do not get the second update that has fix, after you get main update.
