How do I cash in my recycle points for cards?

If you have max copies of a card you can recycle duplicates, elite protection is there for duplicates from packs though. If you have a gold card though you can recycle it regardless if you have max copies or not for full value

I have enough to buy a special card. All I need to do is cash it in. That's what I don't know how to do

Go to: >Cards > Collection > Select national symbol of your card you want > Select "Show all".

This will let you view cards whether you own them already or not. Find the card you wish to make. Select its' image to bring it into close up view. Once you view in close up, an option should appear asking you if you wish to make it for "X" cost (production cost is taken from all those recycled items you saved).

Voila, you have a new card.

OK, I know there is a way to fins out the cost for each card, I've seen it before, don't remember how I found it

Ok, I think I figured it out. When I select the card, it shows underneath if I have enough to purchase it.
