How to change player name ?
I set my nickname at very first but a few days ago it changed without any reason to "KARDS player". Why this happened? And how can I change and set back my nickname?

Your old username was probably reported and changed due to the naming policy, The only way to get a name change atm is by requesting it from support or the devs, https://support.kards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033632711 koi-KARDS-Naming-Policy , https://support.kards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Your in-game name was not in accordance with the KARDS naming policy[support.kards.com] and was changed accordingly.

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding offensive names and / or harassment through names.
