I highly doubt it. If they did, the graphics requirements would be much higher and Nvidia would be posting about it everywhere.

No I have the card rtx2080 ti and no ray tracing is not present on this game.. It does not even support 21:9 display ratio... This game is created to cater to plebs to increase sales

*To increase compatibility and overall quality.

Lower graphics quality means they don't have to take many risks with performance. It's also cheaper. The last 2 Soul Calibur games were not well received so they're playing it safe with this one.

Only a 12% performance increase over a 1080ti. Not worth it even if RTX doesn't cause frame drops.

Fightings require stable 60 fps, and as we know even rtx2080ti cant deliver 60 fps with raytracing turned on even on 1080p.

Not even the Nvidia flagship game Tomb Raider has RTX features activated yet. They still sold a pile of RTX cards though!

Rtx 2080 ti runs great in Forza Horizon 4

Does FH4 uses RT? I think not. FH4 runs even on a potatoe supersmooth. Much better programmed than FH3.

It only means devs adjusted the game to console standard and do not want make PC version better as could be. What you said do not explain lack of possibility of high quality settings for better PC.

Does it hail from Japan?

If so, look 10 years into the past and that's what it uses.

I hope this game gets ray tracing - I would LOVE that!
