Japanese Dev's what can you do. They always ♥♥♥♥ up the options menu in games. Though to be fair I did actually expect there would have been atleast a volume control for the game.

With the KJP forever team, so stupid that they can't even put a volume option but when it comes to insult people via the game they are here.

To answer your question: You have to do it via Windows. Task Bar right corner - Speaker Icon - Volume Mixer.
