LOL. That's a zinger.
The good news is that you can just ignore her bonding events and spend time with any of the other girls instead, and she's not really that important overall. Just stick her on the bench and keepgoing.
Oh, and Machias fits the tsundere trope a lot more than Alisa did. Alisa's only being a tsundere in like first two chapter? Or maybe only the first? She completely drop the tsundere mode after chapter 3 iirc.
Both Machias and Jusis are possibly bigger tsunderes than Alisa, particularly towards each other. Eventually, everyone can see it.
Alisa has a few tsun-moments throughout the game, but they're fairly mild and generally don't last longer than a sentence or two.
As far as tsunderes go, she's pretty tame. After the start of chapter 1, 9 out of 10 interactions with her are just friendly classmate/friend interactions. It's just that by the time the apology scene played out, lots of players already formed an image of her that stuck in the back of their minds. Just goes to show that first impressions do count for a lot.
I object to that statement. Specifically, the "was given sentience" part.
Don't you make me have to do a giant write up about how awesome a character Millium is. You know I'll do it! xD
In fact, I think about how characters' colors relate them in general. Sometimes, I'll even start to speculate on what color an NPC would be if I could play them.
The colors do reflect the characters. This is intentional as both a design choice for color matching and a lore related one, as it is explained in FC that each tactical orbment is unique to each person. It also ties in to ARCUS users needing to be compatable with their tactical orbments in this game.
I'm not sure I've ever heard about Mirage having that meaning. It's not impossible that they have some sort of 'deceiving' theme to them, but it could also just be because Mirage is a white/silver color and Millium is known as White Rabbit/has a silver puppet.
What I have heard, however, is that Time is generally reserved for 'edgy' or 'dark' characters, like (Trails in the Sky Entire Trilogy Spoilers) Joshua and Kevin or in this game's case (Cold Steel Chapter 4 Spoilers) Rean and Fie.
In the case of Cold Steel, I'm not sure how the later two count as "edgy or dark".
Cold Steel 1 ending spoilers: Perhaps Crow's time slot refers to his patient waiting for his plan to execute?
Note that Time magic doesn't really make sense as opening portals to other dimensions - normally interdimensional gates would be Space, you'd think. But not in Trails.
