Ancestors' patch 1.4.1. is now out! Some bugs are now fixed

We released a patch 1.4.1. for Ancestors including bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug where the player couldn't play offline

• Fixed a bug where the keyboard wouldn't display the right keybinding

I have found a bug when can not connect a neuron, even if it learned and do not need mutation to connected:

What about the bug where your facebook post states the game is 60% off through the 7th on steam, but when steam pulls up it is full price? Have you fixed that bug?

I second this glitch! I have played through the game at least three times before I got it on Steam, and after almost a year away from playing, I returned to this problem. I was hoping it'd resolve itself, but no matter what, it won't let me "learn" the new skill even though I unlocked it prior to a generation hop, followed by an evolution leap. (I didn't have enough points to reinforce it, so thought I would later. Boy, was I wrong.)

In what way is the game broken? I've never encountered a single bug, and only one case of a landscape glitch into the matrix.

Only game i can't play more then 30 mins without getting sick, really wish they would have fixed the camera angles / views

I'm so old I can nearly remember when this game was an everyday-life sim rather than a survival game (I exaggerate only slightly), so I really need the HUD to be visible at all times or I get confused about what instructions I'm giving my hominids. So save the HUD on 'Full' you'd say -except that every damn time I get a cut-scene with one of the predators, the HUD resets itself to 'Off'. And frankly when my guy has dodged the tiger I really need to see what options he actually has available if he's to make it to the nearest tree instead of into the toils of the damn rock python.
Love this game so far, to the extent I even bought a controller, a thing I always thought I had no need of.

I stopped play cause i need a damned controller to play for fights, I will not use controllers for any game play. Fix this I'll play again.

You don't need a controller - you can play every aspect of the game with a mouse and keyboard, including fights.

to dodge: when attacked HOLD Space and hold a direction [away from the attacker]...release Space when you hear the chime.

to counterattack with a weapon: HOLD Space and hold [toward the attacker]...release Space at the chime.

Most people who have trouble with fights are not holding Space long enough.
