Is there a "end game" in this?

Is there any sort of end game with stuff to do or is this one of those games that just ends and then you start a new playthru?

You can carry on playing and trying to get the neurons you missed, but nothing new to do once the game is finished, no.

theres more gamemodes you can play with after finishing.

Yeah the game can play very differently if you start using Custom options that unlock as you progress through the game.

I didn't really think they counted cos you're still doing the same thing, but ok they are different starters to the main game, yes.
