Mating problems

hey, i can't mate with my mates! You know, no Babys! The Apes copulate but did't go pregnant! Sorry for my bad english!! I hope someone can help! THX

Look at their Info panels - Adult females can have two babies max - babies are the names at the bottom of the info panel.

And you cannot mate if you're Family Related (also indicated on the Info panel).

Also Elder females cannot mate - but Elder males can mate with Adult females (this increases genetic diversity and means the next generation will have fewer "Family Related" clan members).

Surprisingly you can do Same genders for mating too, but it doesn't do anything.

At least I remember trying it as a joke and then accidentally found out you could do it.

yup, i was going to suggest checking their genders since same sex couples can mate but will not reproduce
