Wow, can`t even conquer the very first zone cause he gets into panic/hysterie faster than I can find and reach the the conquer your fear zone...

Identifying familiar stuff will restore your Dopamine and prevent panic.

Reassure your primate that this place isn't as scary as it seems! It's filled with stuff it already knows!

you have to fill a meter by examining things in order to then go to a glowing area and conquer your fear (if at full dopamine you will have more than enough time to get to this glowing area)

Here's a fun thing to do: carry something edible into the unknown area. Eat it to restore your dopamine on the fly. I've been able to get from the Hidden Waterfall to the Savannah Border before conquering my fear once just by eating khat leaves.

I think your Dopamine also stops getting lower if you climb on Trees that are high enough, so you can either do something on a Tree to get your Dopamine higher again or you can swing from Tree to Tree for a While until you're closer

Any kind of swinging improves dopamine, but simply climbing higher does not - moving horizontally deeper into the unknown area reduces dopamine, so if you are climbing vertically, you technically avoid dopamine loss that way.

Thanks for the info guys, I already managed to do it but identifying somehow didn`t help much. I changed to a pregnant female and it was a lot easier.
