How to help other random monkeys?
While walking in the jungle I ve met a lonely monkey. The game said If I help him he will join to my gang. But I dont understand what he wanted. He just casually standing and holding his ,outh and screaming. How to understand what they want?

HUNGER ~ Holding stomach, groaning ~ Any food item

THIRST ~ Holding throat, gasping ~ Cracked/pierced cocos, khat leaves, berries

FRACTURE ~ Holding arm, groaning ~ Any item which heals broken bones (eg. horsetail or khat leaves)

FOOD POISONING ~ Coughing, vomiting ~ Any item which heals food poisoning (eg any cocos, mushrooms)

VENOM POISONING ~ Holding head, groaning ~ Any item which heals venom poisoning (eg any cocos, giant snails)

FRIGHT ~ Looking around, whimpering ~ Groom them to comfort

Best combination of items to take with you when searching for multiple outsider apes are a cracked cocos and some khat leaves, since between them they will cure all ills.

You need to understand what it suffers from and bring it food or item that helps removes that condition. I only met two apes with broken bones (they were holding their arms and looked in pain) and red leaves that grow on certain trees near the starting location can heal broken bones, so I brought one and gave it to each of them.

I know only 4 conditions: Cold, Poison, Broken bones, Bleeding. But there may be more

I can't imagine which one is "holding a mouth and screaming". Maybe he is in panic and you just need to comfort it? I needed to comfort my first one before those two with broken bones but I don't remember what animation it had.

bring drink, open coconut
Necro: Thanks to the asker and the answerer. I thought all I had to to do was give them a pat on the back.

if you can find the special rocks. I have emerald and sphalerite, not sure what others there are. if you can find them, give them to the stranger and they will join you. then take back the rock and keep it safe :)

Emerald, Spharalite, Ruby, Blue Agate, and Tourmaline.
That is usually what I do , Precious Stone in left hand , Basalt Chopper in the right hand , when you find someone in distress , give them the Precious Stone , cures everything it seems , or at least they will follow you , then you can just walk over to what they need and then take the Precious Stone back and make sure they have a weapon instead , a rock of any time is my favourite because they don't seem to drop it and can use it over and over , the Basalt Chopper is by far the best .
Yeah precious stones are OP in this sense and wildly unrealistic IMHO.

Much more immersive to actually try to read their body language and respond accordingly - just my humble opinion.

How do you communicate without language? Not with a magic ruby.
