Monkey in tree scared

Hi, i found a female monkey on a tree that looks freaked out.
I tried to find what her problem is but was not able to make out the thread. not through sense, nor listening or intelligence :(

I first thought she was freaked out bc of the brench nearby but removing it and eximining it didn't help her much.

If anyone could help, it would be great <3

You need to figure out what it wants and give it to her, then you can lead it back to your home to join your clan.

One of its needs needs to be fulfilled. She might be hungry, thirsty, injured, bleeding, etc.

Might be thirsty, bring her a cracked coconut and see what happens?

The headache monkey needs cracked coconut - the other one I was able to give the red leafs. So far I found only 2 non clan primates.

I've found 4:

-Stomach ache (vomiting animation) wants Fungus (mushrooms).
-Thirsty (sticking out tongue) wants cracked coconut.
-Broken limb (cradling arm) wants Horsetail or Khat.
-Hungry (holding stomach - can hear stomach growling) gets any food.

I'm legit on the same one about to give a very enthusiastic bro fist to my computer. So far I've brought Cracked Coco, Horsetail, Khat, Honey, and those treetop fruits. She appears scared by constantly looking around, however there are no predators around and we're 50m up in the trees.

If she's scared - maybe something to defend herself with? A sharpened stick?

Tried that also, sharpened sticks didn't work. Gave up and moved on.

I brought her berries and that worked.

I was not able to five her anything since the white line around her didn't appeared. i tried to give her a sharpe stick but it didn't worked. I then tried the next ingame day and she dissapeared :(

I just got one of these guys. I got the option to reassure him. I play with xbox controller so for me it was the B button.

I have the same issue. The problem is that they aren't interactable, you can't give them anything or reassure them. I think that's the only "non clan member" that is out there for me, walked all over the place, and I can't do anything with them because they're out on a tree branch and non-interactable.

Maybe you don't have to interact with them at all - is there a predator stalking around nearby?

Maybe you have to find that predator and either kill it or drive it off.

Of course, the highlighting/selecting thing is kinda wonky - maybe it's a Reassure thing but just not getting the highlight for some reason.

Same boat, cannot interact with it, and it's just looking around frantically, seemingly scared.

No predators around up on the top of the tallest trees, but there are some big bird nests a bit ahead. So I figured, kill a bird, gain a monkey. But so far, there seems no attack option (holding sharpened stick), only a dodge option. So, is it even possible to kill those big birds?

I've definitely hit them with my stick before. I don't see any birds near mine. I've tried making the Call, waiting for a response, then Calling again but the reassure option doesn't appaer.

Well, if you spend too much time close to a birds nest, it will attack or if you spend too much time on the biggest brench/ above the leafes then it will also attack (where the cutcene monkey died)

I never encountered the scared ape ever again only thirsty, hurt etc apes

How’d you get others to spawn? I’m only getting this scared ape in the tree. I even think one died and another respawned in another tree.
