4) took me 3.5 seconds to figure it out. A non issue really.
This couldn't have been an AAA game seeing as it was made by a small studio. The term AAA does not mean a game is good.
Just stand up wile in "Intelligence" Mode and you can look around freely ^^
After you have learned it. ^^
I listened to a video and heard the dull click sound so now I know what I am looking for; I think that idea of doing things in minigames is debatable for rme me; its okay ... just debateable.
I would have expected a bit more realism.
In grooming I just kept trying randomly...maybe my game is botched and have to reinstall I dunno or the DX is messed, or the the CPlus is on a Java break !
I like a lot of littoe realistic things, like for exemple, you are very unaware while eating or drinking. The camera zooms in so that its difficult to be aware of your surroundings, like all animals eating in the wild.
Its the little things.
Alright at least the problem is solved 🤪
One guy said his children heard it just fine, but he couldn't hear it at all.
Anyway, do these people play with game music ? I always put the music off and Iv got no problem hearing it. Of course, that's not a proper solution, but I'm just throwing it in case.
Seriously audio cues and a minigame? Well thats what we have and after several attempts of noticing them (yes them) may add this side note that no one seems to want to mention; and yes; HERE ON STEAM yeah I know I bought it off Epic whats a poor gamer to do when he really just wants to monkey around...:
Correct me if I am wrong but there are different kinds of audio cues for different actions: a barely dicernable static noise (which repeats BTW lol) and you have to be a quick draw McGraw on these cues or die (!?) (in the case of grooming when you get batted up side the head), then theres the ding doorbell sound for the lifting up of a rock ... ok so I get the sounds now and actually notice them.
Is there one for altering stuff? I mean there isnt as far as I can tell, so why not get rid of them completely; make this game all live action, not minigames; but its ok I can live with it; deal with it; if anyone can get passed finding the space bar to even start the game yer doing good; I had to smash keys; sort of like a rage start lol ! Now I just tap the space key ! And I am changing that key remap ! Wonder if I can really lock myself out of the game !?
All that said I am trying to remap keys and am having more success; just cant remap the F-Keys; can remap mouse its a slow process but getting there. Anything is doable when you put your mind to it; glad I wasnt a caveman back then; or maybe I was and forgot !
And just FYI don't get too frustrated with the mini-game aspect early on - as your primate matures and expands their neurons, everything will become easier and easier to the point where the mini-games become very routine.
